EDU-FACILITATION 3.0
The aim of the project is to develop youth worker's facilitation and communication skills to create meaningful learning experiences such as workshops, trainings, courses etc.
Participant profile:

3 participants from Estonia 18+ y.o.;
-
Educators, lectors or youth workers actively involved in education;
-
Interested in experiential learning and non-formal education;
-
Striving to explore the use facilitation skills in learning process;
-
Able to participate the whole project;
-
Ready to participate in dissemination activities during and after the project.

Participants who are motivated to contribute and learn during the project;
-
Able to communicate and work in English fluently.
