Eat well, Live well
“Eat well, Live well” is an Erasmus+ training course that has following objectives:

Equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of nutrition and healthy eating habits;

Empowering them to make informed dietary choices that promote health and well-being.
Participants will learn to appreciate cultural diversity in diets, develop practical meal planning and cooking skills, and understand the role of nutrition in preventing and managing chronic diseases. Through this course, we aim to inspire positive lifestyle changes, encourage sustainable eating practices, and foster a community-focused approach to health promotion.
This course is designed for individuals interested in improving their nutritional knowledge, healthcare professionals, educators, community leaders, and anyone passionate about promoting healthy eating habits within their community. The course will include interactive workshops, cooking demonstrations, group discussions, to provide a well-rounded and engaging learning experience.
Participant profile:

3 participants 18+ y.o.;

Interested and motivated about the main topic;

Willing to learn about nutrition and healthy eating and motivated to use it in their youth-work;
-
Minimum level of English B2;

Youth workers, members of NGOs, board members of different organisations, educators, volunteers;

Experience of at least 2 international or local youth projects;
-
Able to participate the whole project;
-
Ready to participate in dissemination activities during and after the project.
