OK NOT TO BE OK

A 6-day training course focusing on the personal development, mental well-being, and self-empowerment of youth workers, while support participants in the processes of increasing self-awareness and promoting authenticity, critical thinking, and the ability to better understand oneself and others.

Main objectives:

  • working with your own practical experience;

  • raising self-awareness;

  • greater self-understanding, direction, and empowerment in life and consequently in work with youth;

  • non-formal/informal techniques for increasing capacity to deal with stress;

  • build deeper connections, and become a more reliable support to people you work with;

  • increasing recognition of self-development;

  • increasing recognition and importance of reflection and introspection in youth workers' daily work-life.

Participant profile:

  • 2-3 participants from Estonia 18+ y.o.;

  • Interest in personal development;

  • Youth workers, educators, volunteers;

  • Able to participate the whole project;

  • Participants who are motivated to contribute and learn during the project;

  • A basic level of English to communicate;

  • Ready to participate in dissemination activities during and after the project.

There is a participation fee of 30€ in this project.​​​​

Application deadline is over, all the participants have been selected.

 

Important note: participants will be selected by the Slovenian organisation. We will receive information about the selected participants and contact all of them.
