The aim of the project is to help participants find what they should be doing in their professional lives, so that they are fulfilled. Whether it's business, employment or youth work. The workshops are designed to develop key business skills. The goal is to go through the whole process from defining the business idea to having a real business.

Key Activities: Team building and city game; Self discovery sessions; Business idea generation; Business Model canvas; Project management; Field trip to innovation center; Marketing; Creativity workshop; AI workshop; Finance; Presentation skills; 24hours business Hackathon; Shark tank.

Participant profile:

• 4 participants from Estonia 20-35 y.o.;

• Youngster or Youth workers;

• Interested and motivated about the main topic;

• Interested in starting your own business;

• No matter if you already have the business idea or not. We will guide you through the process.

• Able to participate the whole project;

• Ready to participate in dissemination activities during and after the project.

• Participants who are motivated to contribute and learn during the project;

• Great command of English.
