Ring The Intersectionality

Ring The Intersectionality is a youth exchange planned to take place in Bran, Romania, between 31st of March and 13th of April 2025. 

The project aims to address limited learning opportunities, discrimination, and intersectionality misunderstandings in rural communities, ensuring that young people become more inclusive, engaged, and proactive in fighting discrimination while fostering a more diverse and empathetic society.

 

The youth exchange will involve 35 participants from 5 countries (Estonia, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Spain, Ukraine). Each national group will consist of 5 young people with the age between 16 and 26 years old and 1 group leader with the age above 20 years old.

Participant profile:

  • 5 participants from Estonia 16-26 y.o.;

  • Interest in social justice, inclusion, equality, and fighting discrimination;

  • You want to express yourself creatively, particularly through visual arts;

  • A motivation to become active in your communities, promoting intersectionality and diversity;

  • Enthusiastic and aware that we will be in a rural area;

  • Able to participate the whole project;

  • Participants who are motivated to contribute and learn during the project;

  • A basic level of English to communicate;

  • Ready to participate in dissemination activities during and after the project.

There is a participation fee of 30€ in this project.​​​​
