Mindful kitchen

The Youth Exchange aims to introduce a holistic approach to food: nutrients, cooking, food-related ecology, the impact of food on mental and physical well-being, and the socio-cultural aspects of food.

Together, participants will learn how to cook simple and tasty plant-based dishes, how to make your plate esthetic and colorful with a professional chef. All the recipes we try will become a wonderful recipe book for you.

 

Beyond culinary activities, we will practice mindfulness and meditation techniques, organize a mindful hike, acro-yoga and host a "Lunch for Well-Being" event for the local community.

Program will be shaped by each of us with the help of facilitators. You are very welcome to contribute to the program by sharing your favorite workshop, bringing instrument, poem, game, or maybe even a special clothing item. Let's co-create together!

Participant profile:

  • participants from Estonia 18-30 y.o. + 1 group leader 18+;

  • Motivated and open to new experiences and opportunities;

  • Participants who are motivated to contribute and learn during the project;

  • Able to participate the whole project;

  • Ready to participate in the dissemination process;

  • Enough level of English to communicate.

There is a participation fee of 25€ in this project.
