Power Up!

This Youth Exchange focuses on the development of soft skills as key elements for a successful transition to adulthood, including communication, teamwork, empathy, adaptability and problem-solving.

Specific goals:

  • Train group leaders to strengthen their role with young people, supporting their preparation for independent living and social inclusion while fostering soft skills such as communication, teamwork and problem-solving.

  • Develop intervention strategies adapted to young people’s social reality, using non-formal education to promote autonomy, resilience and transversal competences for employability and citizenship.

  • Raise awareness among young people and the community about the challenges of the transition to adulthood and the importance of soft skills for personal and social development.

  • Promote a positive image of youth as agents of change, enhancing their opportunities for active participation and recognition of their soft skills in community and professional contexts.


Participant profile:

  • 4 participants from Estonia + 1 group leader 18+ y.o.;

  • Age between 18 and 30 years old; 

  • Motivated to interact and collaborate with participants from different geographical, social, and cultural contexts;

  • Motivated to develop/improve key competences; 

  • Have a good level of English (no titles required); 

  • Lots of energy and motivation; 

  • Interested in the topic of the project;

  • Able to participate the whole project;

  • Ready to participate in dissemination activities during and after the project.
