Power Up!
This Youth Exchange focuses on the development of soft skills as key elements for a successful transition to adulthood, including communication, teamwork, empathy, adaptability and problem-solving.
Specific goals:

Train group leaders to strengthen their role with young people, supporting their preparation for independent living and social inclusion while fostering soft skills such as communication, teamwork and problem-solving.

Develop intervention strategies adapted to young people’s social reality, using non-formal education to promote autonomy, resilience and transversal competences for employability and citizenship.

Raise awareness among young people and the community about the challenges of the transition to adulthood and the importance of soft skills for personal and social development.

Promote a positive image of youth as agents of change, enhancing their opportunities for active participation and recognition of their soft skills in community and professional contexts.
Participant profile:
-
4 participants from Estonia + 1 group leader 18+ y.o.;
-
Age between 18 and 30 years old;
-
Motivated to interact and collaborate with participants from different geographical, social, and cultural contexts;
-
Motivated to develop/improve key competences;
-
Have a good level of English (no titles required);
-
Lots of energy and motivation;
-
Interested in the topic of the project;
-
Able to participate the whole project;
-
Ready to participate in dissemination activities during and after the project.
