Volunteering at Sansusī

This is a group Volunteering activity (volunteering teams) where you will volunteer for a local festival, support residing artists, improve surrounding area, engage with local community and create your own cultural and educational activities. 

 

Sansusi is looking for motivated volunteers interested in contemporary performing arts, music, and community engagement. Sansusi promotes innovative artistic experiences that connect artists with communities, rethinking traditional concepts of residencies, concerts, and festivals through inclusive and creative approaches. This volunteering opportunity offers a chance to contribute to meaningful cultural projects, support community well-being, and gain valuable experience in the arts and cultural sector.​​

Participant profile:

• Participants from Estonia 18-30 y.o.;

• Have motivation to learn, initiate, and get involved in the activities of Sansusi (artist residence, local community, contemporary arts festival, our own team);

• Have education, experience or a real interest in the field of arts or culture;

• Have interest in social inclusion and civic society;

• Care for environment;

• Are being ok with flexible working hours;

• Committed to actively participate in all phases and activities of the project (including dissemination);

• Able to participate the whole project;

• A basic level of English to communicate.
