Voice of Change

We believe that storytelling and public speaking are really powerful tools that help people express their ideas, share their experiences, and influence the communities around them. Through a practical approach and experiential learning, participants will develop the skills to use personal storytelling and public speaking as tools for expression, connection, and social engagement. You will explore how your own experiences can be shaped into meaningful messages that challenge stereotypes, encourage dialogue, and inspire active participation in your community.

Objectives: 

• explore how stories and spoken expression can create connection, understanding, and awareness;

• practice public speaking in a supportive and non-judgmental environment;

• learn how to turn personal experiences into meaningful and powerful messages;

• strengthen confidence, empathy, and communication skills;

• encourage active participation and inspire each other to use our voices in our communities.

Participant profile:

• 4 participants from Estonia 18-25 y.o. + 1 group leader 18+ y.o.;

• Interested in storytelling, communication and social topics;

• Motivated to participate in intercultural learning;

• Open to sharing experiences and learning from others;

• Committed to actively participate in all phases and activities of the project (including dissemination);

• Able to participate the whole project;

• A basic level of English to communicate.
