At the end of March, Jaanika, Rahel and Lev travelled to Kaprálův Mlýn - a beautiful nature spot in the Czech Republic to take part in the Erasmus+ training course EduFacilitation 4.0. Around 30 young people from Portugal, Spain, Estonia, Latvia, Hungary, Czech Republic and Greece gathered there for ten days of learning together.

The focus was on the art of facilitation and non-formal education - how to read a room, guide a group and create spaces where people truly learn, connect and grow. The days were full: workshops on non-violent communication, learning styles, Kolb's learning cycle, creative labs and hands-on practice creating our own workshops and facilitating real groups.

But it wasn't just about the methods. Being in an international group pushed everyone out of their comfort zone in the best way possible. Collaborating across cultures, discovering new perspectives and building friendships that go beyond borders.

The beautiful setting did its part too. Being surrounded by nature, away from everyday life, made it easier to be present, open and curious. Sometimes the best learning happens when you least expect it, somewhere between a workshop and a late evening conversation with people you just met but already feel close to.

Edu-Facilitation 4.0 sounds transformative — reading a room and guiding groups without formal education is such a valuable skill set. I've been using similar approaches to improve group facilitation and I'd love to learn more about the methods you explored there. https://pika-labs-ai.com

Edu-Facilitation 4.0 in Kaprálův Mlýn sounds like an amazing way to level up non-formal education skills. "Reading the room" is so underrated — how do you handle groups where one person dominates the energy? I've been using https://gputomine.com
